You will start in the role of internal accountmanager.
As internal accountmanager you create quotes based on requests from Customers or remote Sales team; to grow AICC business with key customers, support Sales team to win new Customers by coordinating all actions in the customer creation process, evaluate with customers and Sales on Business Opportunities and Liaise with Product Business Units where necessary to provide the best possible bit and Follow up on quotes where needed, make sure technical questions are being answered by the correct department and arrange datasheets or certificates when requested by the customer, create new Items in the system while preparing offers or order placing, supports Outside Sales on any subject related to technical- and / or commercial escalation-requests addressed by the customer, chases and releases orders for business awarded, prepare forecasts, contributes to process improvement and demonstrates a proactive attitude, supports resolving customer enquiries and escalations in a satisfactory manner and makes customer visits with Outside Sales.
We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, and flexible professional. The successful candidate also possesses strong diplomacy and problem-solving skills and is living within a distance of 40km.
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in English (verbally and in written), any additional European language is welcome;
- Navision or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience preferred but not essential;
- You have at least 5 years of experience in order management or account management in a customer service environment.
